Target Area Grants

Target Area grants are solicited based on the information collected in Facing Facts: A Study of Issues That Shape Our Region.   The data from Facing Facts provides information about the most pressing local issues that need to be addressed. The Community Foundation's Distribution Committee will annually choose one of the priority areas identified in the study and designate a portion of the Community Foundation's annual commonwealth funds to this area of need.

Target Area Grants are not open for submission. The Board of Trustees will solicit organizations or programs that they feel best address the area of identified need chosen each fiscal year.
