Each year, the Community Foundation honors ordinary people in our community who are making a difference through their life’s work.
Each year, we honor everyday philanthropists through the Best of Philanthropy Awards.
Winners were selected in the following categories:
- Local Business
- Student/Student Group
- Young Professional (under 40)
Nominations for the 9th Annual Best of Philanthropy Awards are now closed
The 2019 winners will be announced through Facebook Live in April and recognized with the following:
- Engraved award and video highlighting their accomplishment
- $1,000 donation in their name to a nonprofit of choice in the Foundation’s 11-county service area
- Recognition through the Foundation’s social media channels and website
